Franklin, Brentwood, Nashville and Williamson County Tennessee is such a special place. I have lived here since 1974, and have loved every minute. Looking out my window, I often wonder what life was like in the 19th century when horse-drawn carriages paraded the streets of our hometown of Franklin and cobblestones filled the sidewalks. Before I started selling real estate, I was employed at First Tennessee Bank, which is nearby. I'm so proud of my growing town. A place where you can walk to shops or take in a movie or even enjoy your favorite ice cream flavor at the local Baskin Robbins, or Ben & Jerrys, just off the town square. I am married, the mother of two children. Our oldest daughter, Kristin, graduated from the University of Alabama in 2005. Our son Corbin is in college. My husband David and I work together and make an excellent team. Our household has 2 Maltese dogs, (Tipsy) and (Beau), and 1 kitty named (Tiki).

Financing Your Home >Financially Qualified
Most purchase agreements allow buyers to get out of the contract if they can't qualify for a mortgage. If you are selling your home, be sure to get some reassurances before you make a commitment to buyers. Most contracts now require timely loan applications and pre-qualifying letters from the lender.
There is no way to be absolutely certain that buyers will be able to obtain financing. Real estate professionals will help buyers determine what they can afford and whether there are financing alternatives. They will also eliminate buyers who are not financially qualified. Training and experience enable them to resolve difficulties quickly to avoid wasting time.
